Meet Ms. Brown Shoes

Meet my new brown suede peep toe shoes from Opera. They were around MYR 75.00. I couldn't resist getting them. They were so gorgeous and came with a good price tag!
Do you like them?

O.P.I Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees

This week's nails!
I was toying with the idea of doing something different.

What I used:

O.P.I Nail Envy as a basecoat.
O.P.I Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees.
Rimmel Pro Matte Finish Polish.

The polish colour is from the Spain collection. The polish colour is very dark charcoal grey, almost black colour.

The matte polish is from Boots, U.K. I like the brush. Applying it on your nails is super easy and it wasn't expensive!
Rimmel makes good nail polishes

You can either try this look using any other colour of your choice or even try a glossy french tip and leave the rest matte look.

Enjoy trying this look out!

Organic Aid Vitamin E Oil

This has been around for a very, very long time. I was first introduced to this when I was little.
 28.3ml
Around MYR 50.00

It contains wheat germ oil which is the most expensive source of vitamin E.

This is a great multitasker. It can be used on the face or body. The consistency is very thick so I would recommend mixing it with a little face or body lotion before using.

This can used for smoothing scars, moisturizing and nourishing the skin. It also helps retard wrinkles and stretchmarks.

I'm currently using this on my face and on my wound from my recent fall.

I highly recommend this product to anyone with any sort of skin types.

Oriflame Coconut & Ricemilk Hot Oil

Hot Oil makes a good hair treatment. I used to use VO5's Hot Oil on a weekly basis but they don't seem to exist anymore. I started using this before but this is hard to get too. I just got two tube's fromy aunt quite recently.

15 ml
Made in India

I was introduced to this by accident and I couldn't stop using it once I discovered what it did to my hair from the very first use.
The two main ingredients in the product works wonders on your hair and you will definitely see a difference in the texture and look of your hair. It de-frizzes, moisturizes and treats the hair shaft. The smell is absolutely amazing and it stays on even after you've washed and styled your hair.
I would say this works better than the VO5 Hot Oil.

To use hot oils, all you need is a mug, hot water and a towel for your hair.

You get some hot water in a mug and put a tube in. Once you leave it in for around 2-3minutes, you put the contents on your hair using your hands ( Careful the oil is not too hot!). Half a tube is enough for medium to long hair.
Wrap your hair with the towel ( preferably wet as it will lock the heat and moisture in your hair )and leave the hot oil on for around 15 minutes and shampoo your hair.
You can do this once a week as an intensive treatment.

I highly recommend this product.

Confume Argan Aqua Hair Serum

Argan Oil is becoming a hit since it is known to have many beneficial properties to the skin and hair. I was going to get Josie maran's Argan Oil from Sephora but I found something else instead.

Made from pure, 100% Argan Oil
500 ml.
MYR 95.00.
Made in Korea.
Don't really remember what the store was called.

Comes in a convinient pump bottle.
All you need is a pea sized amount if you have short or long hair.
It can be used for any hair type.

The texture is like your regular serum. It is easily absorbed into the hair and won't leave it feeling sticky.

You can use it before or after you dry your hair or style it and works works well on both curly and straight hair.

This is a whole lot cheaper thhan Josie Maran's Argan Oil for the hair which you can find at Sephora's.
The whole bottle willl last me for a year and I have really thick and long hair.

Happy Eid

Peeper Poppers

Hey you guys! Sorry I went MIA for a while but I'm back now! I have been going a little crazy with mascara's for a while. These three of the many mascara's  I'm currently using.
From the top:
Casuelle Mascara
L'Oreal Lash Architect 4D Mascara
Eyetex Dazzler Mascara

Casuelle Mascara
 Details:
9.5 g
From Switzerland
Not sure how much it costs as it was a gift

Review:
The Good...
Easy to use especially when you're rushing out the door
The Bad...
Doesn't give you that dramatic lashes effect like the other two mascara's.
Don't like the fact that it has many sorts of parabens in it so I don't use it too often and make sure it doesn't stay on for too long.

The Wand:
Short to medium length bristles which can be used for short to long lashes.

 L'Oreal Lash Architect 4D Mascara
Details:
10.5 ml
Around MYR 40.00
Waterproof

Review:
I got this as soon as I saw it in the Cleo magazine.
Pretty pricy if you ask me since it doesn't make any HUGE difference. I've had other mascara's that come cheaper and make your lashes look just as good or better than this mascara.

The Good...
No clumps and coats lashes really well making your eyelashes appearing thicker and longer.

The Bad...
Couldn't really get the hang of using the wand at first. The trick is to look up and into the mirror.
Dries pretty fast so getting the next few coats on is not so easy and it can get a little clumpy.

 The Wand:
Short bristles makes it easy for any length of lashes to be coated.

Eyetex Dazzler Mascara
Details:
I got this as a gift, discovered this by accident and now have a few wands to keep in stock as I'm going to be using these for a while.
Eyetex has been around for quite a while but I think they just came out with the mascara's
From India
Gel-like texture
Not sure how much it costs as this was a gift too!

The Good...
Amazing brush.
No clumps formed no matter how many coats you use.
Gentle on your lashes.
I would say of the three mascara's, this would be my favoruite. Easy to use and makes your eyes really pop.
It also washes off pretty easily.

The Bad...
Nothing except you can't get these in Europe or Malaysia!!

The Wand:
Short to long bristles which makes this easier to use for those with longer lashes

Note : I had to change the contrast in the pictures to give you a better look of the mascara wands.

Let me know what's your favourite mascara at the moment.
Don't forget to care for your lashes! Take your mascara off properly..
