Sally Hansen Insta-Dry Fast Dry Nail Colour + Diamond Shine

I haven't had dark nails for ages and I usually use O.P.I but decided to try out Sally Hansen for a change. When I bought the "Diamond Shine Base and Top Coat", I got the nail polish free.

The polish colour is sexy! It's not black, it's actually midnight blue. It's called Night Flight-308.

The brush of the polish is flat and quite wide. They wern't kidding with the "Insta-Dry" label. The polish dries really fast which is why my nail polish doesn't look too smooth. Myabe the next round will be better.

I like the Diamond Shine Base and Top Coat. It does the job and you can use a single bottle as a multitasker. Also, I find that they harden and strengthen your nails!

I think I'll be buying more from this line to have a better idea of their products and to see if it's good.

O.P.I Too Hot To Hold 'Em

Another unique nail polish to try out is O.P.I's Too Hot To Hold 'Em.
This one is a neon pink.

The more layers you put on, the more intense the colour looks.
You can even try an ombre look with this.
I absolutely love this colour.

I also made a timeline picture with these nails as you can see below.

Pink Nails!

Pink nails are fun!
I just finished doing my nails for this week. It's bubble gum pink!

I got this colour quite some time back when I was so into pink nails. It's called Miko from Korea. It was at a good price, 15 ml for around MYR 15.00.

What I like about this nail polish is the thick consistency which when put on your nails, it smoothens itself to looking like it is in the picture. Also, no top coat necessary. The consistency did not change although I did not use this for a long time so I would say it's a pretty good buy.

The finished look - glossy and awesome!

What do you think?

O.P.I The Thrill of Brazil

You can never go wrong with red nail polish and it's an oh-so-sexy colour.
This is one amazing O.P.I nail polish.
I absolutely love the colour. This one is called The Thrill of Brazil.
The colour looks almost the same as Keys to My Karma but The Thrill of Brazil is a hue of red lighter.
Left - The Thrill of Brazil
Right - Keys to My Karma

O.P.I Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees

This week's nails!
I was toying with the idea of doing something different.

What I used:

O.P.I Nail Envy as a basecoat.
O.P.I Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees.
Rimmel Pro Matte Finish Polish.

The polish colour is from the Spain collection. The polish colour is very dark charcoal grey, almost black colour.

The matte polish is from Boots, U.K. I like the brush. Applying it on your nails is super easy and it wasn't expensive!
Rimmel makes good nail polishes

You can either try this look using any other colour of your choice or even try a glossy french tip and leave the rest matte look.

Enjoy trying this look out!

Etude House Nail Polish

This week, I'm using Etude House's nail polish from the Lucid Darling Collection.

What I like about this nail polish is the neutral colour. Secondly, I like the fact that it's so easy to put on because of it's cosistency. One coat is all you need for pretty nails.

I used just one coat in this picture.

Also, it dries fast. I bought this polish quite some time ago and it hasn't gone clumpy at all.

You can just use a base coat and use the polish on the top without having to use a top coat and still have fab looking nails.

You will be happy to know that these polishes are really budget friendly. I don't remember how much a bottle costs. I think I got these for less than MYR 10.00, each bottle.

You can check out the other colour I have from this collection here:

O.P.I Big Apple Red

Nail colour for the week...
Love how this is the perfect shade of deep apple red which suits any skin tone.
Please note that I did not finish cleaning the edges and did not apply a top coat before taking this picture as I was waiting for the polish to dry.

O.P.I Matched Luggage

It's handy to have a few neutral shades to switch and use for an everyday, fresh, glossy nails.
This is another neutral colour from O.P.I that I have just recently picked up. Like every other O.P.I nail polish, this one is just as incredible as the others. The colour, as well as the quality.

                                     Without flash                  With Flash

I used just one coat of this polish on my nails as seen in this picture.

O.P.I Ti Tan Your Toga

Toning down the nail colour for this week with O.P.I's Ti Tan Your Toga (Cute name huh?)
I have just one coat on. It blends well with my skin tone since it's also a tan colour. The colour is really pretty. The texture is amazing just like any other O.P.I nail polish. Glided on easily without any mess whatsoever and it dried really quick. I suppose it's because I only did one coat.
Don't forget to use a base coat and top coat. (I used O.P.I's top coat in the picture above)

Etude House Nail Polish

Another yet gorgeous nail polish from Etude House.

This one is a milky but with a light pink hue.
I used 1 coat of this polish without any top coat on.

This polish also goes on smoothly and mess-free.When I used two coats on, my nails looked whiter. I suppose you could use this for covering up yellowed nails.
What I noticed today is the design of the bottles too. They're actually quite finely detailed compared to other polishes out there.

Etude House Nail Polish

This is from the Lucid Darling Collection

At first glance, the colour looks hot pink but when you apply it on your nails, it is actually fuschia. When you look closely at the bottle, you can see tiny bits of shimmery particles in the polish. When you apply it on your nails, it is not so visible. This is just to give that shimmery effect on your nails.

O.P.I Nail Polish

O.P.I stands for Ondotorium Products Inc. just in case you did not know. O.P.I is manufactured by the professional  nail product enterprise founded in 1981.
Why O.P.I? Each and every single bottle produced is of the highest standard since there is a team of scientists to verify the product before sale. You don't have to worry about the consistency of your O.P.I polishes as it lasts for quite a while. There is a massive range of colours to choose from. They keep bringing out different collections with the most witty names for some polishes so it will be good to keep an eye on those. The only downside of it all is that it can be a bit pricey.

Red My Fortune Cookie

The brush from which the bottle came with was a prowide brush which was basically flat and quite wide making nail polish application neat and quite easy as i have a larger nail surface.I just wanted to test and see how long my nail polish lasted. The result: it lasted 4/5 days before the polish started chipping. That's a long time! i did use a base coat and top coat. Always a must!

You won't know until you try so go test one out yourself and put it to the test. I promise you won't regret it.

Luscious claws and paws guaranteed.

O.P.I Mini Nail Polishes

These O.P.I cuties are perfect for those who get bored of wearing the same nail colours, travelling or getting them just because they are in a adorable miniature size. These are 3.75 ml/ 1/8 F Oz. and can fit in your purse when you need to touch up your claws and paws. If you have never tried out O.P.I nail polishes, I recommend that you do. You will love them! If you are skeptical about buying O.P.I polishes then you may want to try these out first.
