Make Up Forever Professional Eye Shadow

This is by far one of the best brown eyeshadows I have ever bought.

I got the brown shade which is number 17.
You can use your fingers or brush with this eyeshadow as the texture is smooth and it's easily blendable.

                            Made in France.
2.5g  I got mine from Sephora.

This eyeshadow is perfect to use during the day, especially for a smokey eye.
I haven't tried the other shades but I don't think I would but this in another shade. I will just continue hunting for a matte brown shade which is pocket-friendly and doesn't contain parabens.

The only two things I didn't like about this product is that it contains parabens and it should've come with a mini-mirror.

Getting the Most Out Of Your Lipsticks

Okay - So many of you probably get to the end of your lipstick and don't think twice about chucking them out but what you might not know is that you are probably throwing a quarter of your lippie in the bin! Also, not to mention - your money.

If you have the time then you should get a spatula, get the product out and into a small container. Make sure the spatula and container are wiped out with alcohol prior to depotting. If you wish, you can add a little vaseline to make a lip balm. You can do this if you have a lipstick that is broken too. There are tons of videos you can find on YouTube on depotting lipsticks.

If you are super busy and have no time to scoop everything out into a small container then get a lip brush to get the product out and onto your lips.  I just de-potted one of my lipsticks yesterday and found that I didn't actually finish the whole stick.

Note:
I do not own any of the pictures posted for this piece.

Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray

I cannot say how much I love this product.
The first time I used this was on a long, hot night out and my makeup stayed put throughtout the whole night which is how I got hooked on this. I only had to touch up once throughout the entire night believe it or not.
It prevents your makeup from sliding/melting/fading and smudging due to different factors such as skin type, temperature, etc.
All you need to do is spray this on your face in an "X" and " Y " formation after you've applied your make up.

30 ml / 1.0 US fl oz.
Oil-Control
Paraben Free
Temperature Control Technology
Made in USA
I got mine from Sephora.

I love the packaging as well. The amount of liquid that comes out within a single pump is perfect. No mess and no fuss.
One bottle will last you a long time so you know you are getting a high quality product for a reasonable price.
I know this packaging looks different from the usual make up setting spray and I am not sure if they're both just as good but you have to get this if you want your make up to stay looking perfect all night as when you first applied it on.

I am a fan of this and highly recommend this product.

Sephora Lipsticks

I lost my Bobbi Brown lipstick. :(

I had been out of good nude lipsticks so I decided to go to Sephora to see if there were any good nude lippies I could get. I got two in fact. The colours look pretty similar but I coulnd't choose between the two so I took both.

No 1 - Sephora Rouge Shine - Honeymoon
MYR 45.00
Made in France.

I would recommend to exfoliate your lips before using this lipstick as your chapped lips will show quite clearly if you fail to exfoliate and moisturize before application. I also find that using this lipstick will need touch ups to be done quite often.

No4 - Color Lip Last - Brown
MYR 45
Made in Switzerland.

This is a heavy duty lipstick so it will stay on your lips for a long time without having to touch up often.
You will need a good lip remover to get all the lipstick off.
This lipstick is matte but you can add gloss if you like.

I'm quite suprised to see Sephora offering high quality lipsticks but at affordable prices. It's a shame that there's no indication of ingredients found in the lipsticks.

Don't forget to take your Sephora Member's card for to accumulate points and to get a discount.

Clinique Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector

I have been meaning to get my hands on a good eye cream for a while once I finished using my Garnier eye cream and this came out just in time.

10 ml / 34 fl.oz

Around MYR 120

Made in Belgium

Allergy tested

100% fragrance free

Ophthamologist tested

Safe for contact lens users

Made for all skin types

I got mine from Sephora.
Clinique makes good skin care products which is why I decided to pick this up to give it a try. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now. This product is supposed to lighten your dark eye areas over time with continuous use. I don't have really bad eye bags so let's give about 12 weeks to see if there's any dramatic difference.
This eye cream is tinted but it won't cover your dark eye circles. It gets absorbed into your skin effortlessly.
I found that the cooling massage tip doesnt actually have a cooling effect on the skin and usually use my fingers to dab / pat the cream around my eye area.

Most good eye creams contain caffeine in them and this is one of those products that come with it.
